Professional: I’m a Certified Coach with the ICF and the Global Team Coaching Institute and provide individual and team coaching as well as highly interactive and customized workshops.
I work with leaders who can rely less on technical skills as they advance in their career and need to manage employees and teams more effectively. I help them improve communication skills, give effective feedback and manage conflict by exploring blind spots, challenging assumptions, and developing their own powerful people skills so they can positively influence employees and produce better business results.
As more of us work remotely, I work with my clients to engage and mobilize their virtual team members, unite them in purpose, and improve collaboration. I partner with entire teams to adjust to new ways of working together by leveraging their strengths and more effectively integrating their efforts so they can provide more value than the sum of their parts.

Up Close & Personal: One of my favourite things to do is a picnic outside with wonderful music, good friends, great food and wine and spirited conversation - a night at the Hollywood Bowl, for example! I have a four year old terrier called Max with a big personality who is also a great judge of people.
