Professional: I earned my undergraduate degree in Sports Management and graduate degree in College Counseling and Student Development from St. Cloud State University.
Certifications include CoreClarity, Enneagram Coaching through Your Enneagram Coach and training in Life Coaching through Western Seminary. I have spoken at the USTFCCCA Convention, and have worked with professional athletes and college athletic administrations.
I worked full time for 13 years with Athletes in Action, organizing and leading international mission trips for collegiate and professional athletes. I continue to serve as a chaplain to the USA Track & Field teams, and work with college athletes in the Denver area.
Why I Love What I Do: My passion is to make connections that encourage people to be their unique selves. In a world full of comparisons, it's easy to lose the beauty of each individual and what they have to offer. With my certification and training in CoreClarity, Enneagram Coaching, and Life Coaching, I not only get to help people embrace their own uniqueness, but I get to help people understand and appreciate others as well.
Up Close & Personal: I’m a Midwest gal who loves to travel and see what the world has to offer. Athletics have been a huge part of my life and have shaped me into the person I am today. While in college, I competed in the pole vault (yes, one of those crazy people!) and have slowly turned into a distance runner over the years, including a triathlon. I'm married to a retired Air Force officer and we enjoy exploring Colorado and traveling with our daughter.
