“People travel to wonder at the height of the mountains, at the huge waves of the seas, at the long course of the rivers, at the vast compass of the ocean, at the circular motion of the stars, and yet they pass by themselves without wondering. ” ― Saint Augustine

Travel Distance: I'm willing to travel, including internationally

Industry: Coaching / Consulting, Education, Financial, Health Care, Insurance, Technology, Business and teams

Specialty | Focus: Creating process that drives innovation, health and wellness practitioners, startup founders and Solopreneurs, new managers, emerging leaders

Professional: My days are currently spent coaching, consulting, and training people to step up as change agents in creating sustainable and just communities and workplaces. This broadly includes leadership development, personal change management, mapping business operations, delivering compelling messages, learning to open a difficult conversation, and much more.

I’ve been a trainer and educator for 15+ years in health sciences, entrepreneurship, management and innovation, managed small-scale operations in construction and large-scale programs that advanced entrepreneurship globally, and collaborated on launch teams for several startup products. I’m culturally fluent, a multi-language learner and am always looking for partners and collaborators leveraging change.

I earned a B.Music from Oberlin College Conservatory and an MBA from Bainbridge Graduate Institute (now Presidio University). I also have a degree in clinical massage therapy, am a trained HeartMath practitioner and a Certified CoreClarity facilitator.

Why I Love What I Do: CoreClarity takes the bones and framework of the StrengthsFinder assessment and gives it life by building a bridge between the information it offers and the potential it creates when we learn to compassionately leverage that self-understanding and use it for good.

Up Close & Personal: I'm a long-distance walker and completed the Camino de Santiago in 2016, a singer, violinist and mandolinist, and new puppy mom.
