Professional: Mihaela Popa, RDH, MBA, is an educator and CoreClarity facilitator who has taught dental hygiene students since 2009. She introduced and integrated CoreClarity into the dental hygiene curriculum, where students use the program as part of their professional development. Mihaela earned her dental hygiene degree from West Los Angeles College and her MBA from Pepperdine University. She is passionate about helping people understand their natural strengths, communicate more effectively, and recognize the unique value they bring to a team.

Why I Love What I Do: I wish I had understood my natural talents during my youth. Knowing them could have helped me recognize my potential sooner and make more intentional choices. I love CoreClarity because I can now give my students and other people something I wish I had had earlier in life.

Up Close & Personal: Happiest when spending time with my husband, our two daughters, and our two cats, each with a very distinct personality. Getting to know people, discovering new places, and learning about history are some of my favorite things. Good books, home projects, and anything that sparks curiosity also tend to pull me in.
