Professional: Victoria’s experience in private and nonprofit sectors included leadership positions within Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance, MetLife Insurance and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of Minnesota. Victoria played key roles in talent development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and management consulting and coaching to senior executives.

Victoria has twelve years of federal experience as an Executive Coach and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. She established the FAA Organizational Effectiveness Team and provided coaching and organizational effectiveness (strategic planning, change management, organizational alignment, strategic facilitation) programs. She has coached and consulted with members of the Senior Executive Service and Political Appointees across federal agencies (Executive Office of the President EOP, FDA, DOE.)

Victoria has a B.A. in Education from Augustana College, an M.B.A. from St. Thomas University, St. Paul Minnesota. She is a credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), CoreClarity coach/facilitator, certified StrengthsFinder coach, and certified Executive Facilitator.
